Journal of Environment and Sustainability Education (JOEASE) is an international scholarly journal that publishes original articles in the fields of science and environmental education, with an emphasis on education for sustainability. JOEASE is published by Education and Development Research (EaDR), Indonesia, and carries the e-ISSN 3025-0714, with a Crossref DOI prefix of 10.62672.

JOEASE aims to provide a platform for scientists, researchers, educators, and practitioners to disseminate original scholarly work, foster academic discourse, and contribute to more effective practices in education and environmental management. The journal accepts empirical and theoretical research articles, literature reviews (systematic reviews and meta-analyses), case studies, essays, critical commentaries, and book/publication reviews. Every manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer review process by at least two reviewers.

JOEASE is accredited as SINTA 2 by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (No. 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025) and is indexed in Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref, and Dimensions. The journal has received contributions from authors in over 34 countries. There are no article processing charges (APCs) for manuscripts where the first author is affiliated with an institution outside of Indonesia.
